II Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day - and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
FAITH!
by Andre on Jan.08, 2012, under MX Life Lessons
I’m not a big football fan but I have always liked the Denver Broncos ever since Terrel Davis played for them back in the mid to late 90′s. I used to love watching that guy run the ball but now I enjoy watching the controversial quarterback of Tim Tebow pull last minute miracles to win the game! If you have not heard, Tim has been “dogged” for being so outspoken about his faith in Jesus and thanking God right there on the field! Well, his faith has shown it self again during a playoff game with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Check out the link below to see Tim doing what God made him to do and what faith can do for us!
Monster Update!
by Andre on Nov.20, 2011, under Racing
Got a Monster update from a friend who went to MX Church and took a few pics for the day. I was unable to download all the picture’s but I was able to download Luke Davie in action. It’s good to see Luke back ripping it up after returning from a shoulder injury. My bud, Jody Martin said MX Church was awesome with Brian Langford sharing a message straight from the heart as usual and enjoyed watching everyone ride on a perfectly prepped track!
Atmore MX Update and Pics!

We had another great weekend at the Gulf Coast and Central Alabama Series race in Atmore, AL! Track was sweet, there was plenty of candy on hand for the halloween weekend, and there was some great fellowship. Sunday morning started off good with MX Church where we talked about experiencing God in our lives does not only begin at a future date in heaven but starts now! May “your kingdom come, your will be done on EARTH as it is in HEAVEN.” Although we begin with the end in mind, Jesus was more concerned about the now!
The races started soon after the message with some good riding by all! Check out some of the pics! (continue reading…)

What a weekend at the Vurb Classic/Southern Classic race event! It started off with a late Friday afternoon start from Gulf Breeze, FL to Reynolds, GA. My son and I arrived at 11 P.M. just as the gates were closing and crashed hard in Joe Wilson’s RV. We woke up Saturday morning to some familar voices of pro rider Austin Albers and Rich York who were joking about all the snooring going on that night! (continue reading…)
County Line MX Update and pics!
by Andre on Oct.10, 2011, under Racing
The Gulf Coast Series race at County Line MX near Panama City, Florida started out misty at times, windy and cloudy but had near perfect race conditions! After the rider’s meeting, I talked about how we all have different riding styles and no two riding styles are exactly alike. We all have our own unique way that we ride. It is much the same with our walk with God. We were all created different and no two Christians are exactly alike in the way God created us to do good things. God does not take the “cookie cutter” approach but made us for a specific purpose! I was able to take alot of pictures so enjoy! (continue reading…)
Southern Motocross Race Update!
by Andre on Oct.02, 2011, under Racing
Kevin King put on yet another awesome weekend of racing at SMXA in Mossy Head, FL with near perfect track conditions! The day started off with some MX Church where I talked about the love of motocross being the foundation of one reaching their fullest potential as a MX racer and how it’s no different with our walk with God. Loving God is the foundation which enables us to become all that He made us to be. When we love Him everything else takes care of itself!
After the message and the rider’s meeting, everyone took off to enjoy the beautiful day at the motocross races in sunny Florida! Check out some pics taken at SMXA! (continue reading…)
Team Faith Racers finishes strong at a Triathlon!
by Andre on Oct.01, 2011, under Events
My wife and I decided to represent Faith Racers and mix it up with other racers at this years Santa Rosa Island Sprint Triathlon. We started out with no great expectations but that MOTOCROSS competiveness started showing its face and we ended up finishing 3rd out of all coed teams. It started with my wife swimming 600 yards in the gulf, I picked it up with an 18 mile road bike ride, and my wife finishing us out with a 5K run with an overall time of 1hr 39 minutes. They called out Team Faith Racers at the awards ceremony after the race and we could not believe it! See you at the races!

The day started off great with a message about keeping negative thoughts out of our minds and to let them in disrupts what God has in store for us! The races started soon after with some fast guys like pro rider Jr. Hobbs and veteran Keith English tearing up the sand at SMXA! Check out some of the pics! (continue reading…)
Monster Mountain Update and Pics!
by Andre on Jul.27, 2011, under Racing
What a great day at the Monster! Track was near perfect on Sunday after a good rain on Saturday that was making the best wonder if it was going to turn out good. Sunday morning started off great with MX Church where we talked about “not forgetting where we came from.” We discussed how most of us Christians don’t realize our history that goes all the way back to our father Abraham and how knowing that history can make the biggest difference in our walk with God! Brian Langford chimmed in at the end and shared how he had forgotten about his past as a teenager and how it affected his life with God. Brian shared an encouraging message that God loves no matter what and that he is always by your side! Check out the pics from Monster! (continue reading…)
Fat Tire Challenge Update!
by Andre on Jul.18, 2011, under Events, Racing
I had the opportunity this past Sunday to share a message at a mountain bike race in Pensacola, FL in the rain under two 10×10 canopies that was not enough room for all of us! These men and women were some troopers for standing out in the rain for so long to hear me share a simple message about being connected and being one with God….no wonder I like racers so much…we don’t complain much! Thanks to Chris Bowers and the crew for putting on such a great event…look forward to the next one!
